It appears that your CAC/PIV is either not in the reader or is not being detected. You will need a CAC/PIV in order to access this website.
Please insert your CAC/PIV into the reader and try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Close all your browser windows, open a new browser session and clear your cache.
- Make sure your CAC/PIV is inserted into the reader, and then type https://learn.nacon.com in the browser address bar to navigate to the site directly. You should see the prompt to select your CAC/PIV certificate. If you do not see this prompt, or if selecting the certificate causes an error that says the page cannot be displayed, please email our helpdesk for further assistance.
- If you do get the prompt to select your CAC/PIV certificate, select the appropriate certificate and click OK. Enter your PIN. The login screen will appear and you can now log in with your username and password. You will then be prompted to enable CAC/PIV login. Click Login here. If you do not see this screen and are instead returned to this screen, email our helpdesk for further assistance.
